Letter from our firm

We understand that everyone is concerned about Coronavirus. We are as well, which is why we are taking precautions to keep our clients and our staff safe. Our primary focus is the continued good health of everyone!!

  1. Our office has returned to normal business hours (see hours at the bottom of the page).

  2. Tax information may be submitted electronically, mailed, dropped in one of our drop boxes, or dropped off at the front counters.

    A. To upload documents to us electronically, you may upload them via Citrix Files by CLICKING HERE and we will route them to the correct individual.

    B. At our Flora office, the dropbox is on the left (East) side of our main entrance. At our Lafayette office, the dropbox is on the back (North) side of our building.

    C. For our clients that need to drop off physical tax documents, but wish to limit their contact with others, we are offering to come outside and pick up documents from your vehicle: once you’ve arrived at our office, you may call in and a staff member will come to your vehicle to collect your documents. Our office numbers are 574.967.4564 (Flora Office) or 765.269.4564 (Lafayette Office).

  3. As tax returns are completed, we will be emailing signature forms as much as possible. We ask that you sign them and return them to us via Citrix Files or email as soon as possible. You may return signed forms to us via Citrix Files by CLICKING HERE.

  4. If you visit our offices in person, you will notice extra hand sanitizer around; please use it liberally.

If you have any questions or would like to speak with a member of our team, please do not hesitate to call our offices at 574.967.4564 (Flora Office) or 765.269.4564 (Lafayette Office). We understand these are uncertain times, and we are here to help you!!

Last, but certainly not least, we recommend that you visit the websites of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Indiana State Department of Health websites for current guidelines on good hygiene practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases.

Thank you!!
